This model is designed to help you create a beautiful coffee shop in your community, while also delivering coffee on the go. With two points of purchase, you are able to serve a fast-paced cup of coffee through the drive-thru window while also creating an indoor space for people to sit and enjoy a leisurely beverage. While the footprint required is flexible, we will help you find a location that helps you reduce rent and labor costs in highly desirable, highly trafficked strip centers in your community.
Drive-Thru Only Model
BIGGBY® COFFEE has multiple options to choose from based on availability as well as your state and local building requirements. Modular Unit
BIGGBY® COFFEE offers "B-Cubed" and/or modular units as an alternative development format in select markets. Designed with flexibility in mind, these units provide an opportunity to bring the BIGGBY® experience to locations where a traditional café may not be the best fit.
Modular units can offer a streamlined approach to development while maintaining the BIGGBY® brand experience, operational standards, and customer-focused environment.
