Everything starts with a conversation. You'll meet with a member of our Franchise Recruitment team, learn about BIGGBY^® COFFEE, and determine whether ownership aligns with your goals, values, and lifestyle.

What you'll do:

• Submit an inquiry (see below).
• Connect with a Franchise Recruitment Rep.
• Learn about the brand and ownership model.
• Ask questions and explore possibilities.

This one-page form helps us both understand your financial capabilities as they relate to the BIGGBY® opportunity.

What you'll do:

• Complete and submit the Personal Profile.
• This document is sent through a personal secure portal.
• Discuss your submission with your Recruitment Rep.

Transparency matters. You'll receive our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), which provides key information about the business, investment, and ownership responsibilities.

What you'll do:

• Review the FDD to understand the initial investment, revenue potential, what we’ll expect from you, what you can expect from us moving forward, and much more.
• You and your Recruitment Rep will continue the dialogue, and they will answer any questions that you may have.

Knowledge is power. Understand what it will take to become a successful franchise owner. Starting your own business will be hard, but it can be very rewarding if you do it right.

What you'll do:

• Attend a Sales Webinar if you haven’t already.
• Visit stores, try the product- can you envision yourself owning a BIGGBY?
• Talk to current Franchise Owners.
• At some point prior to signing, you will want a franchising attorney to review our Franchise Agreement.

Get to know BIGGBY® COFFEE from the inside out. During Discovery Day, you'll meet key leaders and learn about the systems, support, training, and culture that power BIGGBY® Nation. You'll complete this step at some point during your journey; there’s no need to follow a linear path

What you'll do:

• Meet Home Office leaders
• Learn about operations, marketing, and training
• Confirm whether BIGGBY® is the right fit
• Connect with fellow prospective owners

It’s go time! You are ready to move forward and join BIGGBY® Nation. Now it’s time to get final approval to take the next step.

What you'll do:

• Complete and submit your Franchise Application.
• Answer any final questions that your Recruitment Rep may have.
• Receive the outcome of your submission.
• If approved, schedule a signing date for your Franchise Agreement.

The BIGG Day has arrived! We will spend about an hour signing your franchise agreement and discussing the next steps to open your store so that you can sell the world's best beverages.

What you'll do:

• Sign your Franchise Agreement and pay the initial franchise fee.
• Execute a proven plan to develop and open your store.
• Begin working with our:
• Real Estate team to secure a location.
• Our financing team will help support you develop your Business Plan and coach you through our process to obtain funding. Please note: We do not offer financing for any part of your initial investment.
• The Store Design and Buildout team will support you every step of the way.
• Start your training with a combination of classroom and real-world experience.
• Open BIGG! Develop and execute your Grand Opening marketing plan
